The fact that I had to think about it means I don't. I have before though.

My apartment building doesn't allow dogs unless special permission is obtained. The dogs that live here do not bark irritatingly. I don't think I've ever had a neighbor with a dog that barked louder than my bedroom fan, though there's a reason I have one. Like... I don't think my neighbor's dog growing up was ever THAT loud.

The only irritating neighbor I have right now is the one violating the no-smoking agreement. Management is trying to figure out who it is so this person can be evicted.

yes, but I don't hear him unless I am coming in and out of the building. dog lives downstairs and yips when I come in, but I can't hear him upstairs.

sometimes the girl downstairs lets it go out in the yard for like a half hour and I can hear it but that's like an hour tops a week and usually I just put headphones on if it even bothers me

only once ever did it wake me up and it must have been some weird circumstance where it got outside or something cuz it's almost never out past sundown

I have neighbors with dogs who are kind of loud, but most of the time they aren't too bad. The worst is really just the times they get my own dog barking inside the house or make her bark when she goes outside for a walk.

Far worse to me are the neighbors who shoot guns in their backyard at least twice a week, and the one who lets his kid drive his dirt bike or ATV for hours on end. ATV neighbor also shoots in his backyard, but less commonly. However the last time he did it I'm pretty sure he was using fully automatic rifles to do so.

No. We're only allowed to have cats here, although one neighbor owns a small dog. I'm not the property manager so I don't really care, plus I like dogs.

Used to but don't anymore thank god. I generally like dogs but my former next-door neighbors used to leave their dog outside so long it bordered on neglect.

When you made this topic the answer was no. As of Sunday the answer is yes. Go figure.
