Darth Vader gets confirmed that even after his accident, he was able to reproduce. His genitals survived and he impregnated a woman once during his time as a Sith Lord. She gives birth to a set of twins just like Luke and Leia. But these were raised by Palpatine. They go on to have their own kids too and years later maybe in the time of Rey, we find out about all this and there is maybe a 3rd generation running around, which would be the great grandchildren of Vader. It's like a whole family of Sith. And maybe Rey would have to deal with them. I could see this being a storyline in the comics, if they started doing more Sequel era stuff ( last I looked, the star wars comics still mostly are about original trilogy time period) ...
