In all seriousness I'm going to have to start with the wall push-ups and work my way to the OG method because of my elbow pain, can't even do two regular push-ups without my elbow twinging

I shouldn't have stopped working out completely for so long

A decade of dancing has left me very slim - I lost about 60 pounds my first year taking it up - but I kind of gave up on muscle definition. My thousand situps a day routine only left me with two hernias, lol.
