I don't care how much money it makes or loses rn but by owning ETH rn, I can have a say in how it's run forever. The money will come. About 99% of crypto is shitcoins for entertainment for day traders and FOMO suckers. Only about 16 of the 10K or so crypto matter and in 10 years, 10-12 of those 16 will be gone. Also, 99% of the losses involve shitcoins. IF you want to get involved, focus on what people are actually doing things with. ~~List withheld~~. Apps, Paypal, Streaming services, Zelle, GooglePay, Apple Pay, etc. are all operating on the blockchain. Owning crypto is, among many definitions, ownership and control of access to use and voting privileges to control direction of the particular blockchain. You can stake for passive profit to that access. By whitepaper definition, the governance spaces for every blockchain is limited (unlike dollars, yen, pounds, etc. the number is fixed - can't make more, period. Inherent de-inflation. Absent other influence, ownership value over time goes up). At some point in the near future, you're in or out of decision-making process. This of course is not financial advice.
