Just another reminder like I do in all these cart narc topics, he's a very well known person on a Los Angeles radio show "The Woody Show" and this is one of his bits to advertise the show. Also he/his show has lawyers ensuring that he never crosses the line and does anything illegal.

Cart Narc might get shot or beat up one day, then go make a video crying about it like hes not harassing and agitating people to publish their reaction on their internet

Are there really enough people shitty enough to get a catch every time they do this? Id think youd get one every four or so attempt, assuming they walk around the parking lot for two hours or so.

That was when he first started the cart narc 2-3 years ago and his lawyer told him not to do that spesific thing anymore, and he hasn't since. He called it the pit maneuver.

In my experience, view counts and engagements increase proportionately with a given lazybones' level of aggression. With this thumbnail, it looks like the lazybones in question is going to charge, which indicates aggression. As a result, it drives engagement. It almost has as many views as the most recent video from several days ago.

If they are being posted to Youtube without the person's consent then that person can contact Youtube to have the video removed--that same person can also sue the uploader if the uploader is using it to harrass them, because then its liable. If the uploader uses it for business or advertising purposes, its illegal and you can sue everyone involved, and win. If it's for a show as you say, then they definitely signed a consent form and this is all just fake...

Cart Narc videos are similar to those "prank videos" where they are doing something intentionally to get a rise out of someone. The difference being that cart Narc videos aren't fake like most of those prank channels....or well they don't look fake to me.

There's no federal right of publicity. You're in a public space, you can be filmed.
First google result said cart narc is in Arizona, so I dunno. California does have a strong law and this would seem to violate that without consent forms. But just because someone signed consent doesn't mean it's fake, usually that's after the fact.
