Also, was there ever a term for those energy games where you could do x number of actions per time period? I played Clash of Clans for like a month or two doing covid when I was... not well. It's literally impossible to do anything reasonable in it without shoving money into it and sadly I did spend a bit of money on it. Not a lot, but too much. And when you do spend the money, that resource you bought is just instantly gone and then you have to shove more money into it. It was one of my more fundamental experiences with the garbage culture of mobile gaming. ... Copied to Clipboard!
