What a crock of shit.
I've done DMT a couple dozen times
It's a drug. You're on drugs.
But ego death! Yeah, happened. It was dumb. It didn't lend anything of value to my life or the way I perceive the world. I'm not saying it can't do that for others, but it isn't some magical substance...you're just on drugs.

I have extreme anxiety and panic disorder and it's a crock of shit. It's nice to think that you can magically gain new perspective on your life from ingesting psychedelics and seeing audiovisual brain gibberish, but it's not like you're having any kind of profound experience.

The notion that DMT lets you tap into some other wavelength/plane of existence is wishful thinking.

Do you wanna become invizzible?
Do you want to become invizzz?
Do you want to disappear?
Do you want to disappear?
Or do you want to learn to fly
Do you want to make yourself invisible
Make things move?
Make yourself big, make yourself small
Backwards through the mirror of the time travel
You're in Shpongleland again
Everyone knows that!

The video I linked has a guy that did psychadelic therapy and it helped him quit drinking alcohol. Even decades later he talks about how profound his experience was

I had a friend that drank once, puked, then never did anything after. His experience with alcohol realsed him from ever being dependent on a substance.

Not sure, exactly, I got a couple .5 gram carts. Would take a few big rips, then blasted off lol. Tried both breakthrough and semi-lucid experience. Breakthrough is not for me. I've experience some of that for a brief split second waking up. Semi-lucid was still very disorienting with a less than pleasurable body feel. There was a sense of discomfort the whole experience. I gave it a good try, but I'll stick to mushrooms every year or so. My point is there isn't any realization you can come to under the effects of psychedelics that you can't also come to sober.

I did like 15-20mg in a prepared environment, and in a chill mood. Had the notion of space-goblins teaching me 4D life skills, but wasn't going in actively expecting that.

What I got instead was extreme anxiety. Skin crawling, cold sweats, zero visuals, zero sounds, zero intrusive thoughts. Just outmost, extreme panic and anxiety sitting in bed shivering in fear. Like I was a Lovecraft protagonist at the end of the book.

Then like a light switch, it turned off. I burped and was back to normal. Dusted off, took a shower, and went about my night.

This'll get closed quick.
I haven't touched psychedelics since the last time where celestial beings came through a wall of TV static to call me a fuck up in their language. Couldn't sleep in a strange house full of everyone asleep (out of town show). Didn't even mean to dose myself that much, under estimated a "chocolate bar"

I have too many responsibilities nowadays to check out for a while anyway. Don't even like smoking anymore because I'm just too paranoid.

The only epiphany you should ever have doing harder drugs is knowing that happiness can be found without the same drugs producing a hallucination of happiness

All happiness is a hallucination. We're just bags of chemicals sitting on a rock in a void, trying to convince ourselves that certain things in our short, miserable lives produce an emotion called happiness.

Truth
But I don't feel like that fact invalidates our experience in any way. It's real to us.
