I never said that. Please don't assume I mean things unless I said them. I am judging her by the fact she is liberal, she understand what is and is not against the rules like most people do on the site who are poltically arguemntative and yet she chose to break the rules

I'm not commenting at all on her attitude towards trans people because frankly I don't particularly care enough to argue in favor of them towards people with extreme anti-transpeople views which in this case she had. I am commenting thata it wasn't smart of her to display them in this case

The case discussed in that topic was about a mass shooting involving child victims at a school. That's a subject that's going to hit a lot of people emotionally. And some of the emotionally charged responses are not going to be ToS friendly. Par for the course on the internet.

The user in question has walked the line in discussions before and I'm sure she's upset certain people on this board. I'm surprised she didn't get nixed earlier with how blunt she was. She definitely identified as a feminist and gay, but some of her comments suggested she was the TERF variety without directly stating it. Not the first time I've heard of a lesbian with that outlook...

She's usually on the left side of trans rights but I think it was a case of 'I don't judge this person as equal to the rest of us' which is something she should not have doubled down on multiple times

Yeah it was an odd hill to die on. Trans issue topics are already known minefields on this board. Even a topic that shifts to those discussions should be tread carefully and treated like a lurking storm to avoid, because the moderations are going to strike like lightning.
