I get that it *can* be racist, but where's the line? Can't post an obama-trump-joe play uno video? Any Obama reaction? What about positive memes that are not reminiscent of minstrel shows? An oil painting of Toni Morrison?

Essentially, how would you balance this with representation? Why should it be 100% on black Americans to provide meme representation? Every meme that everyone posts must match their skin color and gender identity?
