Most people don't really think of programming or code as "art" even though it sort of is.

After all, this shit didn't make itself.

Based on the quality of boobs and buns I get from Starryai when I dont even ask outright for it, yeah, its certainly quite the art

no they are a from of stealing art from others

yeah, most art nowadays just took inspiration from the old ones anyways
with ai, anyone could profit from them for free

You could say that the software or the algorithms involved are beautiful pieces of art, but no "AI art" is not an art form. There will be no such job as "prompt crafter". To generate "art", you select a service to use, select a model, type in some random idea like "a frog uprising" and then append or prepend a bunch of stuff like "4k, highly detailed, fast shutter speed" and keep clicking generate until you get something you like. You can copy prompt ideas or quality word salad from most publicly available AI images. The process of generating images will only get more streamlined over time. There will never be a job titled "prompt crafter".

Have you gotten anything really upsetting out of Starryai? Around half of my prompts to the photo model generate porn no matter what the prompt says, and number of things that it spit out were stomach churning to the point that I uninstalled the app. I've seen a few reviews in the app store that mentioned uninstalling because of how upsetting some generated photos were, but nobody seems to be talking about it on social media.

I'm no prude (though it is strange there is no filter), but a great deal of the produced photos were honestly disturbing.

With the exception of a few prompts where the goal was purposely to create something upsetting, Id say not really.

Nudity though? Yeah, and its kinda crazy. In a recent update you designate whether you want to generate art or a photo, and even in cases where the prompt is completely normal and non-sexual, Ive gotten boobs. Id call it just nudity and not porn though, as it hasnt done anything random super explicit out of nowhere just yet.

The weird thing though is that I occasionally get a youve used a banned word error when there wasnt possibly anything real bad in the prompt. Just seems like an odd disconnect that they have some sort of word filer in there but the AI is clearly prone to crafting boobs.
