Doe 03/24/23 2:34:31 PM #1:	I'd give myself a 7/10. Most of the time I was pretty coherent. He asked me what I do when I encounter a novel problem and I felt I stumbled a little (I wanted to explain that I think it's important to know the people who know what's what, without trying to sound useless and dependent). The other questions I think I did well. Really though, he spent at least half of the 30 minutes really talking about himself and the role. He said I was the last of 5 candidates, so IDK if he does that for everyone or he was trying to sell me, because I thought he seemed enthusiastic for me but again not sure. He seemed like a really cool guy to work with in any case, very friendly. And he has a huge beard so I'd be ok growing mine again. Getting this job would be amazing. Internship that would promote to release manager eventually, in a remote role.
