In the end both Iron Man and Hunter were down, but Cap had been foghting for several turns only losing hp to curse and finally a wound. On the turn cap would've died to his curse, he got a counter that killed the Dread Maiden, so satisfying

Is this game any good

Cap is a great tank, just gets better the deeper you go. Iron Man is one of my mains, he's top tier.

Game is very satisfying and fun, I feel like all the characters are very usable, none are "bad" even though a few are kind of similar. Morbius might be my favorite new character, I like him a lot.

I think it's alright. I have some problems with it, but the character banter is overall a high note, and the lore is pretty interesting overall. The combat like heavily fluctuates from being interesting to really weak. Some characters are far better feeling than others, and getting such limited card usage per turn makes it feel slow to me, especially when some of the hard difficulty missions just barfs enemies at you, and they all get to attack but you don't really.

Not bad for this dev studio's truly first foray into this genre though
