Some of the pop culture/issues of the time will feel a little off, but if this isn't your first time dipping into older shows (assuming you didn't watch when it was new) it probably won't be off-putting. As for the topic at hand, I always suggest Titus though its from 2000-2002, or IT Crowd (2006-2010).
