Quake's kind of a waste of a slot seeing as it's source ports see active development to this day. Me personally I'd say Red Faction with geomod updated to make modern hardware cry for mercy.

I really want a modern Hexen, shit was awesome and it would be even more epic now. I'm sure the Republicans would have a melty over all the magic and demonic shit.

I also played that because my grandpa had it, but the damn thing always crashed at the beginning of level two, so I didn't get any further than that.

There actually is a remake of Half-Life called Black Mesa. It's very good. Fanmade, took sixteen years to make, and was eventually endorsed by Valve themselves.

Otger. Ive been playing Timesplitters 2 and Future Perfect recently after that sale and damn Id love some remakes. Updated graphics and controls with all the content in a collection would be a day one buy for me. Throw in some online multiplayer for pvp and pve.

They're already working on a Quake reboot. Doom Eternal's writer/director inadvertently revealed it while doing a livestream playthrough of the latter half of Eternal's single player mode.

Oh, you absolutely should. HL2 is dated in that "Seinfeld isn't funny" way, but it's still very good.

Nightdive remastered Power slave. On my backlog list. Blood Fresh Supply is a remaster on Steam. Quake remastered is fun.

I'd pick Hexen.

Do it. Black Mesa is fantastic. Forget 2, it's forgettable.
