Lost_All_Senses 03/18/23 12:17:38 PM #3:	7, easily. You gotta have nostalgia to say anything else. Old one's are goofy. Part the reason I didn't mind the action turn. You weren't losing the horror aspect when it had already faded naturally years before it took that route. If 7 went back to the old style, would of been hard to actually bring back the horror. I feel like Im playing a puzzle game with horror themes when I play the old ones. With horror, you can easily desensitize from the use of the same tricks and perspective. I also am desensitized from just generally chasing the horror buzz since I was 15 tho lol. Of all the video games I have been playing over the years from the NES generation until now ain't none of them had me acting like a wuss compared to going into resident evil 7 completely blind using VR for my first playthrough. Mind you I'm not too crazy about VR in general, but everywhere I went some people who's opinion I trust when it comes to horror games kept saying "yo', when you play resident evil 7, trust me, use VR.". Of all the video games I have been playing over the years from the NES generation until now ain't none of them had me acting like a wuss compared to going into resident evil 7 completely blind using VR for my first playthrough.

Mind you I'm not too crazy about VR in general, but everywhere I went some people who's opinion I trust when it comes to horror games kept saying "yo', when you play resident evil 7, trust me, use VR.".
