I see some companies, especially in entertainment, are changing their business plan to incorporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion but are losing money by doing so. Not all companies have been able to work out how to go with DEI and still remain as profitable as they were before.

Which is the right path to take in this situation?

DEI is fine but they have to make original content, not just alter existing stuff.

Good things and profitable things are almost mutually exclusive categories. You have no reason to care about Disney or whoever's profit margins.

Companies shouldn't even make a true "profit", that's the greatest grift of capitalism
