I've had problems with UPS, but the vast majority of stuff I've gotten has been from them and they probably have about a 95% success rate. Every now and then they'll drop it off in the wrong door at the apartment complex. FedEx lets you redirect everything to a pick up location as long as you get your tracking number soon enough. I pick up all my FedEx stuff from a Walgreens down the road.
