One day in October, Rasheem Carter sent a chilling final text message to his mother.
The Black 25-year-old told her he was being chased by a group of white men in pickup trucks while they hurled racist abuse at him.
She never heard from him again.
One month later, Carters remains were discovered in a wooded area his head completely severed from his body, according to the family.
So why are Mississippi authorities saying that there are no signs of foul play?

I mean, it has some REALLY stiff competition from Florida, but at least Florida was somewhat decent until recently. Mississippi was always bad.

Entire police departments need to be fired & replaced & prevented from joining other police or law enforcement departments

Also, don't forget that the case of Ahmaud Arbery's murder even only went to trial because the guys involved were dumbasses who bragged about it and even posted the video of it online to try to claim their "innocence" or some shit like that. They even had a DA covering for them, but couldn't keep their mouths shut. Thankfully so, but still.

Here, unfortunately, it looks like the scum responsible are going to get away with it.
