I cant remember any trauma but I know there is some from early childhood. And my mental state is just anxiety galore and avoidance.

Clinical depression = everything is pointless.

CPTSD = I am pointless.

Its a rough combination.

if you can't remember it, it's not PTSD. It is generalized anxiety disorder caused by bad experiences in childhood

PTSD requires a memory of the incident. In fact, PTSD usually involves repeating the memory over and over, to the point that you can't function in daily life

I do have like some memorries, just small things not traumatic, but I dont understand them or the context that suddenly pop in my head sometimes.

Why do you assume trauma you can't remember? I don't understand that. Obviously if it's just something you don't want to dive into, that's fine.

Iunno. Ill be damned if I let someone force victimhood on me >_>. It's cool if she helped you realize you actually had trauma you avoided to dive into. But Id be wary if you're not just being convinced of something not the case, because she has preconceived notions.

Again tho. This is Im all up to you. Im just here to say therapists get it wrong and have their own biases from experience. Don't let them make you feel like a victim, if you feel like you're not one. Id say give it time to sit with both perspectives. Really think over the nuances that make your case unique

My therapist cost me nothing and she was great, she suspected a trauma but respected my wish not to explore it.

Ive had plenty of help but lately the feeling of worthlessness and other thoughts that doesnt correlate with reality is very exhausting, I wanna change my life but too afraid and lots of mental blocks.

Im gonna try go to therapy again.
