My first thought, but my experience and resume (it's language) were pretty well tailored for the job description.

Bruh HR doesnt know shit about anything, let alone what to look for in a candidate in terms of credentials / experience.

They look for stupid buzzwords and phrases. Works well in team settings, highly motivated and willing to work soul crushingly long hours with no compensation, etc

That would be a really dumb way to look at applications.

They usually post a job for a given period of time and look at all applications together. If you reject people as applications come in then you might end up rejecting the best candidates without looking at all of them.
