Turns out the HD Mod added a secret room. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ug8qrvCVhC4 Big circular cavern with three sheds with a bunch of creepy writing, central room with a giant Los Iluminados symbol, lots of money and treasures, and a silencer for the starter handgun.
