Was driving my 11 month old daughter around in an effort to get her to fall asleep and made a pit stop to the old family business that my father started to kind of introduce her to it. Depression really does suck. I've had some breakthroughs before and done better but it always seems to creep back in. Quitting alcohol has helped but I still crave it on occasion. More than I'd like to admit, really. Now that warmer weather is coming I plan on daily walks and have been in the early (very early) design phase of a board game. Working on the game helps a ton, as it's challenging mentally and keeps my mind off of other thoughts. --- RIP BigAirDay aka Bill. Pretty stupid, really, as it's not a good idea to just stop immediately. I drank about 18-20 beers most days, plus around a half a fifth of liquor. Had shakes like crazy but made it through.
