She is your type in every way that matters to you, and she had displayed romantic interest in you as well.

However, one day you stumble upon her secret: she is in fact the absolute ruler of the entire Universe, and she rules it with an extremely cruel iron fist. Every galaxy in the Universe is completely under her authoritative control and the many, many civilizations therein have long since been beaten--sometimes literally--into submission to serve her will or have outright been destroyed if they don't (or if she feels like it). Her human identity is just a disguise that she uses to blow off steam, and her choosing Earth for this is mere chance; to that end, she has also wiped out all of the other civilizations in our Galaxy (and those of its satellite galaxies) so that Earth would be a proper oasis for her.

Despite her wanton cruelty abroad, she has genuine interest in pursuing a relationship with you, but she does not know that you know of her secret.
