Knowing one or 2 people already there essentially tell you wording in the resume, literally describing the word filtration system so put these words in it and borderline saying it doesnt matter when you pass and being coached what to say for the interviews. Its an odd experience. Like me as a person doesnt matter, i need to be a person that says X, Y and Z. You wont be working with the people that hire you so in essence it literally doesnt matter once you pass the interview. Apparently this is normal? --- When it rains, it pours. ...
