Sticker price was like nearly $33K. After taxes and fees, I still owed $30K loan wise despite the $10K down payment. My loan is 84 months at 4.11%. I would love to get a house but the interest rates + student loan payments = I will be paycheck to paycheck and I do not want to live like that so I'm stuck in a small ass apartment.
