Anyone know how to find out my account number and transfer pin? Trying to switch to cricket wireless but can't complete without knowing these boost details. And I can't login to find them out. For nearly two weeks boost mobile services been down. Can't login to a account and can't reach anyone at customer support. Some are saying they were hacked , but boost.mobile isn't giving any updates. Been like two weeks now since they said it's internal system problems. But so many people who have boost at this time can't get into their accounts

This is ridiculous really. Nearly two weeks now no one can get into their accounts. I just need the account number and transfer pin but can't get into my account or even talk to anyone there. I think a family member got through once to boost but the person said they can't access the systems. I really think they got hacked. I wonder if it's a ransomware type situation.

Tons of people are complaining about this online. So I wondered if anyone here had an idea

Yes, Dish, their parent company, did have a ransomware breach.

For Boost, the only way to get that info is by calling.

As i said me and tons of other boost users been calling. If you even lucky to get through the person says they can't access their systems at this time to even give out such info. Ridiculous it's been nearly two weeks and boost still hasn't put out an updated statement. Well I mean I'm on cricket, just trying to change it to the 3 line family plan so my other two family members can get off boost for good. But I can't help them complete the line added since transferring their numbers over need the account number and transfer pin. And if they wanna use new numbers instead it's $50 each number! Ridiculous
