It's in my ankle. There's been multiple flare ups the past few months. Today is the worst, i can barely walk it is super painful just to go to the toilet. I went back to the doctor, There's nothing to be done except keep good low purine diet and let the medicine works and slowly flush the gout sendiment in my joint.

My uric acid was 9.5 in january, and in 13th february it was 6.5. Dunno about now i need to get blood tested every month.

Eat healthy bois and gals. Don't be like me.

Flare ups pain vary from slightly chronic sting, which is the average, but the worst is straight up crippling (like today). I usually can walk fine with little support. When it's not flaring up i can do normal activities even your average flare ups hinder my daily stuff a bit. Today's just a bitch trough and trough

Mine have gone down. Uric acid in blood went from 9.5 mg/dl to 6.5 in a month.

My body is getting rid of what has sendimented in the joint that's why i still get flare ups.

I haven't drunk in years before NYE 2023, which ironically what started this pain journey. Like one time i let myself indulgence, it triggered an avalance of pain and suffering.

If you haven't tried it yet, take some Ibuprofen. It can help.

Way past that buddy. They injected steroid or whatever inside my joint few weeks ago
