Really Cool how your beliefs and culture determine what you see during these episodes. I don't believe in the supernatural so no spectres appear to me, and if someone sees something it's usually what they expect inside their culture and known lore.

However i wasn't able to deduce i had sleep paralysis until i woke up for real. During it, i just feel like want to move and wake up and i cannot, more like mix of hazy fear and panic but you only can scream inside.
