It's not listed but Purolator up in Canada is weird. They just seemingly drop packages at random places and tell you where they left it. Half the stuff I order cokes through them and most of the time I never get the order because they either lose it, deliver it to someone's house, or just throw it away. I ordered a butcherbox last summer and they didn't deliver it on time. It ended up thawing and leaking and they just threw it away without informing me. They had to send me a replacement box and it barely got to my house safely. The ice pack melted and the meat was barely cold. Another time I ordered a kuerig for my mom for Xmas and they straight delivered it to the wrong house and I never even get a resolution.
