Nope, I've never held a position that required interviewing others. I worked in an office setting at City Hall from 18 until I finished grad school at 24, then I was a teacher the rest of the time I worked.

Yeah when I was a DQ manager I did a lot of the interviews. Of course the owner would set me up to do interviews with people he had absolutely no intention of hiring. One time he did the opposite, he interviewed this lady and hired her, then the day she was going to start he told me to tell her she wasn't needed.
