Ive tried Zillow, Trulia, and Apartments.com and none of them have anything affordable. Ive checked Craigslist and Facebook marketplace, too. Those are 95% people looking to rent out one room for like $2000.

When I search for local realty companies, there are no listings or they want way too much. No responses from anybody, either. Any suggestions would be appreciated because the home owner is taking the house back and the clock is ticking.

I usually just stay at the house.

But, to answer your question, shit I don't know, it's a good question. I think if I had to rent again I would just try to seta price in my head, get a picture in my mind of what I wanted, what I needed, and do a multicast search for it. Good luck.
