Technically, it does. Not much more effort, but definitely more Washing a cut dick is easy like washing the rest of body. With uncut, you have to take more time, and pull the skin back, from what I know of it So, while its not like an extra hour, it does take extra time

It really is not the big technical process that you guys lay out.
