A new charge was filed this week against one of the four students involved in the New Jersey school hallway attack on 14-year-old Adriana Kuch, who died by suicide days later.
The student, who was previously charged with harassment in connection with the attack, has now been charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a statement Thursday.The juvenile was served a copy of that complaint and was released pending future court appearances, the statement read, adding the additional charge was based upon our ongoing investigation.
The case sparked student walkouts and garnered national attention after video of the February 1 attack at Central Regional High School in Berkeley Township was posted online.
Adriana was found dead in her Bayville home on February 3.
The four students involved in the assault were suspended and charged.

All good, but the adult who blamed the father and deceased a day after should be charged as well, not just allowed to resign.

It should be punished somewhere in between murder and manslaughter. Its not a full real murder but its clearly more than simple manslaughter

They need to take their victims as they find them. There could have been literally anything else going on with the victim that caused just assault to end their life and they would be fully responsible for the death.

If the charges arent related to her committing suicide then I dont get why theyve put a more serious charge against her in the wake of the suicide.

Im all for these shit heads getting what they deserve but Im also against increasing the charges just because the case is more public now. They should have been charged with the higher charge in the first place.
