Honestly, same. Thats why I have absolutely no desire to be in a management-type position. Too much stress that just isnt worth it. Im perfectly happy taking care of my own self and not worrying about others.

Same here. Especially if the wage gap isnt that big. I get some people take the roles cause its the way to jump the corporate hierarchy, but Im happier completely switching off the job once I clock out.

Same. I'd rather be in the background or on on the floor working than have to be in charge. A leader should be able to get things running smoothly and make sure everyone has/knows what they need to to get the job done. The stress and pressure that comes with that just doesn't sound appealing to me at all.
