I believe in a solid breakfast and make myself seasoned red potatoes with two eggs and a slice of toast every morning.

I get confused with what type of cholesterol is good or not, but I've been doing some research and the average American only has eggs a couple times a week it seems.

The average American is also not very healthy though, and I am very active. Is this OK for me to be doing?

They are low in carbs and help increase good cholesterol while not affecting bad cholesterol levels

It's fine but like anything, moderation. So if daily, I would limit to two.

I was often having white rice and 2 eggs after a run. Now I have kinda high LDLs. Come to learn that the white rice was the culprit and not the eggs. What we were told for decades was lies.

Now I have brown rice, beans, and an egg (and hot sauce!). Gotta ratchet up my fiber and protein.

1 or 2 eggs a day is healthy. They're like nature's multivitamin. Just maybe don't cook it in butter or anything like that.

I personally, just have a hard boiled egg for breakfast.

I eat 3 scrambled every morning, and have for I don't know how many years.

Seriously? A dozen eggs a week is too expensive?!? I know they have gone up in price but they used to be dirt cheap.

I even get free range.

Are egg prices still sky high where you guys are at? They're like 50 cents more a dozen than they used to be here. They fell back down considerably
