Over 22 years to pass the $2 million if you had invested that and received fairly conservative 6% returns. Live on like $50k a year for 5 years there. After 5 years find somewhere else to live and budget like $100k a year to live there. Do that like 5 years. This would also let me save $1,500 a month pretty easily, which is $18,000 a year in extra cash.
