Super_Slash 02/21/23 3:28:30 PM #1:	Context: I live in a trailer park with my gf. We had a couple water leaks that needed fixing. The first one we paid out of pocket for. The second one we didn't even know was there and the landlord and one of his assistants fixed it and paid for it. The landlord is asking to be paid back whenever possible. It's apparently $144. I have the cash in my wallet but tbh, I am hesitant to give it to him and I almost just want to keep it and say fuck him. I don't like landlords and he's also likely racist (based on a note he left by our mailboxes one time it's a safe enough assumption). He's just not a very pleasant person period imo. My gf owns the trailer and she is not bound by any legal contract to repay him for the repairs. He's almost certainly well off just from collecting all that rent money every month, and we need the money FAR more than he does.
