Technically, yes? I put tap water into a zero water pitcher and drink that.

Not anymore. Here in the Netherlands it used to be (considered to be) perfectly drinkable, though over the last few years it has become more apparent that there is a staggering amount of PFAS chemicals in tap water due to the chemicals used in various manufacturing industries, to the point where government health authorities advise: "If you can afford it, at the moment it's healthier to drink bottled water."

For this reason, the governments of The Netherlands and several other European countries have recently officially decided to ban the use of PFAS chemicals, although this ban cannot be implemented until 2025 at the earliest, and even then it can take several more years for industries to phase out the use of it.

So yeah, I'm glad I can afford bottled water.

No. My area's water has a hint of chlorine smell, so use filters to remove it. Or boiling it in my electric kettle for tea.

Why?

Drinking or Huffing?
The true why is where the water is actually coming from.

There is Lithium in that water.

But ya, very few can drink it.
And fewer know that it can give you a buzz.
That particular spring is right outside a concert venue.
Even Phish Fans thought I was nuts when I told the to try it.

So no.

I do. New York tap water is supposedly on the higher end compared to other states. When my grandparents moved to Florida they had to start buying water because there was such a difference.

NYC is better than The Capitol Regions water.
Ironic but true.

My Tap water smells like chlorine.
I will drink it...I'm not one of those.
But I have had better water.

And as I posted before, I live in a town that was founded on Spring water.

My fridge has a filter so I drink that but I'll cook with tap water and I drink tap water at work.

I maybe drink like 5 bottles of water a year. I try to keep single use plastic to a minimum.

I drink tapwater daily where I live (Maryland), but when I went to visit Georgia, I really struggled. The water there smells and tastes so sulfuric that it was inconceivable it wasn't brown. I never understood people who said "I hate how water tastes" because my water had always tasted like nothing or only-very-very-very-very-very-slightly-coppery but that gave me instant sympathy.
