I regularly have one wipe dumps after taking metamucil twice a day. It's legitimately life changing and I recommend it to everyone.

I used to take hot sloppies, now I take smooth creamies.

everyday i drink a bunch of dill pickle juice
it tastes great but gives you diarhea
the liquid poo is much easier to clean so long as you dont fart
if you fart your laundry bill will skyrocket

I think it says one teaspoon after a meal twice a day or two teaspoons after a meal once a day

I do the latter since I only eat once a day

It may not say that second one.. idk but I do it anyway and have nice mortar poops

This topic is more about feeling and being actually empty after taking a dump and not getting constipated or feeling constipated rather than the number of wipes to not see poop. I should've been more clear in OP

Alright I took like 1.5 to 2 tblespoon i think of metamucil in the morning then in less than 1 hr I will take tblspoon, teaspoon or whatever it is before sleeping. Hopefully I will be taking great smooth dumps soon
