That is an episode of the version we got on Challenge TV here in the UK.

I have seen every episode of it.

It would be interesting to see if Challenge would bring us those new episodes.

Are we talking about the original Japanese show or MXC? Because on the DVDs I have of the first couple MXC seasons, they have bonus footage of the original show without any dubbing over, and I mean it's still kinda funny, but there's clearly something missing.

I heard there's 3 version of this show: Takeshi's Castle in Japan where it's the entire thing in 40 minutes

The UK version which is only the action scenes (no interviews or comedy sketches) with british people commentating on it straight, which is 20 minutes

And the US version, which has its own gag dub and gag story, and takes clips from a bunch of different episodes and splices them together. Has the interviews but omits the final battle. Also 20 minutes

I hope Babaganoosh comes back as a competitor

You are wrong about the British version.

If you watch the video I have posted you will see how we did it.

It was around 20 - 25 minutes long, showed only the games and final battle (which I do not think MXC showed) and it was narrated by Craig Charles who is well known in Britain as Dave Lister from the comedy series Red Dwarf and the presenter of Robot Wars.

I loved how they'd sometimes use footage of a female in "Guy Le Douche's" attire and they'd just make a character named Gal Le Douche who acts exactly the same as Guy does towards women except towards men (and sometimes women too because let's be honest it's MXC everyone is mad horny).

They need a cute hostess for the reboot

That season one episode with that eagle game where they had to deposit an egg in a nest with their feet or they got hit with gas was always my favorite, because the choking sounds they dubbed over the people who failed got me every single time.

I'm watching it and this quote came up:

Oh yeah, the puns are fucking hilarious. I remember this one episode where I think the teams were protestors versus pageant queens, and one of the contestants was said to be part of a protest group against pageants called People Against Pageants, P.A.P. if you will. Kenny Blankenship replies, "Yeah I hear it's a real smear campaign!"

I remember the running gag of Vic's career taking a huge dive with the MXC gig being hilarious. I think they'd mention Ken was only there because he's related to a higher up or something too lol.

mXc was amazing. I always loved the stupid horse race with everyone usually falling over constantly and of course all the silly names that come along with horse racing. I still have some dvds I need to bust those out again someday.

I should check out the twitch sometime too.
