I barely ever go outside because of my chronic social anxiety, agoraphobia and autism. It feels like an impossible dream at the point for me to be in a relationship, i've been feeling very alone and depressed lately even though i'm not alone because i live with my family and pets. I just don't know what i can do at this point to be happy, i'd try online dating but i feel like it would go horrible for me.

I would say yes. It might be a little more difficult, but it's definitely possible. As mentioned, online dating is probably the best option since you can be upfront about your conditions in your profile so your matches know what they're signing up for.
