No, my youngest brother has had cerebral palsy since he was born and he can't do a lot of basic things for himself so he has home care nurses come in and help him for several hours a day. But if they don't come in then it usually ends up falling on me and mom to take care of him all day. My mom is in the hospital because she fell getting into her car after work Wednesday afternoon and broke bones in her hip and elbow.
