Wild Arms 2 is 2 discs and just under 400MB.

Dragoon is 4 discs and almost 6GB.

Which is actually more than 4 PS1 discs could hold by a large margin, so I wonder if some work is done here?

Legend of Dragoon was a super cg heavy game, with prerendered backrounds, while WA2 is a 3d game with fewer animated cutscenes.

although, that does sound like about 3-4 times more than what it should be, unless they didn't compress anything or upscaled things or something.

I feel like the framerate is higher than it used to be and the game looks cleaner, but it's been so long. I was in elementary school, yeesh. Audio sounds really good too.

They also appear to have added this as full retail release on PSN with trophies, not just as a PS Plus thing, so I feel like there's definitely something here.

Heard it did this with Syphon Filter 3 last time. Also, I can't download Harvest Moon so looks like that's bugged too since I got it for ps3 ages ago
