I once witnessed a hypnosis show in my highschool and it still gives me chills when I remember it. A substitute teacher we had that said he was a psychologist offered a "show'.

3 kids volunteered and a friend of mine was the only one who fell asleep.
The sub teacher " regressed" him 3 times.

The first time he woke up afraid and oblivious about the surroundings , like he didn't know what the tv that was in the room was. He said he was a boy working as a farmer.

The other 2 times he regressed as his own self, as a 3 yr old kid, he barely spoke. Then the third one was a future one. He basically woke up in an important momenrt in his life that hasn't happened yet.

Anyway this really made me believe in reincarnation. I don't see any other explanation for what happened. It was absolutely real and when I obviously questioned my friend for more details he literally didnt recall anything other than knowing he had been a participant.

I fear death. I quite enjoy being alive. While I feel like dying is probably just like going to sleep, not being 100% certain gives me anxiety.

There is literally no concept of an afterlife or lack thereof, or new life, or eternal life, or literally any form of continued existence or non-existence, that does not terrify me.

Two, enough people have been hypnotized and hypnotize to explain what happens during it. Notice it only happen to that one friend. This is because some people are more suggestible. That is all that happened. He was weaker to the suggestions and his mind came up with it all.

When I was really young (like maybe 4 years old or so), I had a vague recollection of memories from before I existed in this world. They weren't memories where I could tell you what happened before I was born. It was more like this feeling of coming from somewhere that I had spent a lot of time before being born.
