tremain07 02/15/23 6:29:14 AM #1:	I work in the break pack area at work and now they're trying to force the pickers which is myself and a guy on the night shift to use this stupid headset that over our guns and paper because the company spent a lot of money on the tech and want to get a return on the investment or something and it flat out does not work with me due to my hearing aids and glasses, I wear big glasses like those stereotypical nerds do and this headset gets in their way, I told my supervisors this and I can't wear but they're insisting that I either use it or be moved to an undisclosed area in the warehouse that I have no idea about and it means I'll likely have to be trained all over again for this new job. Work starts in a couple of minutes and I'm just sitting here silently raging because the routine I finally managed to get going is going to be ripped away by corporate's desire to force a stupid investment to pay off. --- A worthless existence <cite>tremain07 posted [p:971578444] in This is bu... If you are handicapped and have been performing the job for years, and they change something that you are unable to do because of your hearing aids, it's very likely illegal for them to make you wear it.
