This alone instantly disputes the legal claim that saying he did not get those scores on unmodified hardware is defamation. Even before you get into the other areas such as emulation or having to prove that the claims were made with malicious intent and unknowingly untrue. It's not cut and dry, Mitchell can claim the photos are fake or a different cabinet or something. But it's pretty conclusive evidence right off the bat they have to get past to even begin to lay the foundation that the claims are defamatory. I don't see how Billy can win this case unless Twin Galaxies/Karl have the worst lawyers since My Cousin Vinny --- ^ Hey now that's completely unfair! http://i.imgur.com/yPw05Ob.png ...
