Both, and I am autistic, so it took a lot of practice to properly understand and convey my emotions

I am less sensitive than I used to be. I think emotional can be good but sensitive not so much

I used to be both highly sensitive and emotional.

I'm still pretty sensitive now, but I've gotten so used to masking my emotions that I think the mask has integrated into my real self, and I legitimately don't feel that emotional anymore. If that makes any sense.

Extremely sensitive, somewhat emotional

I am extremely empathetic and fairly sensitive too, but I do not act emotional at all.

society (not my parents, but everyone else, eg school, kids my age, etc) raised me in a very emotions and vulnerability are for the weak environment so I rarely show it and I never cry, and after a while it took its toll on my physical health (chest palpitations, nightmares, etc) but its my cross to carry as a man I guess.

I have seen girls drop guys a few weeks or months after showing vulnerability or crying, so I know there is no option really.

I was like this for a while too

I am sensitive to some subtle energies but the last few days they were as subtle as a cemetery.

Sensitive, yes; though I'm okay at managing it most times. It's easy to get me to laugh but otherwise I'm not that emotional. In a social situation I sometimes have to actively remember to express what I'm feeling on the inside, as sometimes it won't come out naturally.

Yes, and no. I'm used to being insulted and unwanted, and generally it doesn't bother me. Made me one I'd the better customer service people at my job since I kept my cool when being berated by guests.

Also though, if it's anyone I have an actual personal connection with it destroys me. Even mild criticism gets me. Eventually the stuff I brushed off before piles up too and it eventually just gets to be too much.

So generally with public and work related stuff, not at all. With personal stuff I'm overly sensitive and emotional. Fortunately irl I have a pretty laid back and easy going personality, so its easy to hide. I simply don't open up to anyone irl, but then that leads me to unload online instead and cause other issues. >_>
My apologies to you guys, who have to deal with that when I can't.

Im very sensitive but i guess thats part of my anxiety.

Im not very emotional and its hard for me to show it. Been that way since 2005. I've been emotionally hurt so much that i became numb. Its like I can't feel strong love or strong hate towards anything or anyone. I'm always mellow.
