Your trash bin barely has any trash in it. The garbage bins in your house aren't even close to being full. Do you still scavenge all the trash in your house to the trash bin and put out the trash to be picked up on trash day?

No, hell I only take the trash down to the street like once every 3 or 4 weeks, and recycling is every other week at best.

Yes. Trash tends to smell after a while, so keeping it an extra week is just asking for trouble,

Not anymore, now I live in an apartment complex that has underground bins requiring a keycard to open and dump a single bag into it.
But I've experienced it, seen people do it while out at night and heard multiple people from all around say it's a problem. There are shitty neighbors everywhere.

It bothers me because the way it works here is by weight. If some asshat dumps 5kg of their trash into your bin, you're the one paying for their garbage.
