bruh that happens all the time. someone posts news, the topic fades off the main page, then someone logs in five hours later, sees the news, and makes the same topic

you act like it's some kind of pandemic when your samples are clearly just two instances where the same review was posted several hours apart because the later topic creator didn't see the first one
