I think has to be a Krillin... Here me out.

Besides being a little creepy when he was younger. Krillin grew to person who cares about his fellow man. He doesn't have a body count a mile long like everyone else (even goku) and he still protecting people. Gohan and Krillin close when it comes to being good people. But Gohan turned his back on the world and stop training . Krillin because a non dirty cop.

Krillins the only good family man that didnt previously blow up planets.

I disagree. I don't think he turned his back on the world, the guy just simply grew up. Despite the fact that he doesn't train, he still shows up to all the crisis events. It's really strange how people in the DBZ community can both think that Goku was a terrible father because all he does is train, and think that Gohan is terrible because he doesn't train, and the two thoughts just don't rub up against one another. The guy has a daughter, a wife, and a career. Krillin is the closest to holding things down for his family, but he's in like his 50s now and working as an entry level patrolman for the police while living in some old man's house with his wife and kid.

Probably Gohan considering Krillin was willing to risk letting Cell absorb 18 and destroy the world because he had a boner for her. Understandable, but it's still pretty dumb when you think about it.

He killed Cell while he was still in incubation. He essentially committed an abortion against the consent of his father.

Gohan deciding not to continue his training and focusing on his studies shouldn't disqualify him. He's not obligated to be earth's savior. I'd say it's between him, Krillin and Future Trunks.

Gohan's one downfall is his tendency to get overly cocky whenever he has the upper hand. But he is considered pure of heart, has saved the planet from destruction and spent most of his life protecting the planet from evil creatures far stronger than he was.

Trunks... sometimes doesn't think things through all the way but he's humble, strong and kind hearted. He dedicated his life to freeing his timeline from the cyborgs and later Goku Black.

You already said that Krillin had some creepy tendencies when he was a kid (and at least in filler as an adult too) but he's probably the bravest person on the show. He constantly comes up against monsters several leagues above him but he never runs or backs down and he'd do anything to protect his friends and family. He is easily one of the best bro's in anime imo.
